All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on service, bikes, parts, or accessories.
Electronic Diagnostics
- A non-refundable diagnostic fee is required before we evaluate any electronic issue.
- Repairs are not guaranteed on brands we do not sell.
- Parts must be paid in full before ordering. Special-order parts are non-refundable.
- Diagnostic timelines vary and may take 1–3 weeks or longer.
- Time estimates are provided based on available information but are not guaranteed.
- Battery diagnostics are external only. We do not open or repair internal battery components.
- Storage fees apply to any bike not picked up within 7 days of notification.
- After 30 days from notification of completion or notification of pick up, the bike may be considered abandoned at our discretion.
- We are not the manufacturer and cannot guarantee the functionality of their parts.
- A key and charger must be provided with your bike.
- Battery disposal incurs a fee.
Mechanical Diagnostics
Important Information
- A diagnostic fee is required before evaluating any mechanical issue.
- Wear items are not guaranteed for longevity. Examples include brake pads, rotors, chains, grips or bar wrap, tires, tubes, spokes, cables, housing, cassettes, and freewheels.
- If concerns arise within one week of service, we may reassess the issue as a courtesy if applicable.
- Parts must be paid in full before ordering. Special-order parts are non-refundable.
- Mechanical and electrical diagnostics are billed at a flat rate.
- We cannot guarantee that parts will remain noise-free.
Orders and Purchases
Special-Order Items
- Any bike, part, or accessory ordered specifically for a customer is considered a special-order item.
- Special-order items require full payment at the time of order.
- Special-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- We only order bikes from manufacturers for which we are an authorized dealer.
Test Ride Policy
Things to Know
- No test rides with children or additional passengers on the bike.
- Helmets are offered but not required. Riders are responsible for their own safety.
- A valid ID and cell phone are required for all test rides.
- Some models require a refundable cash hold.
- Customers are responsible for any damage incurred during a test ride.
- Limit of three test rides per customer per day.
