Electrical diagnostics involve evaluating the electronic systems of your e-bike, including the motor, controller, wiring, display, and sensors. Using manufacturer-approved tools when available, we identify fault codes, connection issues, or system irregularities. Diagnostics are the first step in determining whether a repair is possible and what parts may be required.

Limited electrical repairs address specific, serviceable electronic issues identified during diagnostics. This may include replacing approved components, repairing external wiring, or resolving connection problems. Due to manufacturer restrictions and system complexity, not all electrical issues can be repaired, and results may vary by brand.

Winterizing prepares your electric bike for cold-weather storage or winter riding conditions. We clean and protect components, check seals and lubrication, and provide guidance on proper battery care during low temperatures. This service helps prevent corrosion, premature wear, and storage-related damage.

Weatherizing focuses on protecting your bike from rain, moisture, and environmental exposure. We inspect vulnerable components, apply protective measures where appropriate, and check electrical connections for exposure risks. This service is ideal for riders who commute or ride frequently in changing weather conditions.

Accessory installation covers the professional mounting and setup of approved accessories such as racks, fenders, lights, seats, mirrors, and locks. Some custom repair services are available on a case-by-case basis. These may include non-standard adjustments, fit modifications, or creative solutions to specific mechanical challenges. Custom work is evaluated individually and may be limited by parts availability and manufacturer constraints.

Limited wrapping services include basic protective or cosmetic wrapping applied to select areas of the bike. This can help reduce wear from contact points or provide minor visual customization. Full wraps and complex designs are not offered.

Box up services prepare bikes or components for safe transport or shipping. We carefully disassemble, protect, and package items to reduce the risk of damage during transit. This service is useful for relocations, shipping to manufacturers, or long-term storage.

External battery diagnostics evaluate the condition of an e-bike battery without opening or disassembling it. We check connections, charging behavior, and visible indicators to identify potential issues. Internal battery repairs are not performed.

Consultations provide one-on-one time with an experienced technician to discuss your bike, usage needs, maintenance planning, or upgrade considerations. This service is ideal for new e-bike owners, troubleshooting questions, or planning future service work.
